welcome!

Hi, I’m Kelly. Nice to meet you! As a Registered Dietitian, I've spent 15 years working in weight management, bariatric medicine, women's nutrition, and athletic performance. I'm also a former collegiate swimmer who still trains and prioritizes fitness, and a mom of three busy kids.

For years, my relationship with my body was beautifully simple: it responded exactly how I expected it to. Guided by a predictable routine as a competitive athlete and fitness industry veteran, I knew precisely how to get results. But when unexpected hormonal shifts changed the landscape, I realized the old rulebooks no longer applied. The foundations of my career have since been reshaped by a deeper appreciation and understanding of what it feels like when your body feels like it has betrayed you.

My career has been built on 1:1 coaching and designing curriculums that focus on education, empowerment, and long-term change. Today, my goal is to partner with like-minded individuals to provide nutrition programs that give people the structure, knowledge, and accountability they need for a healthier life. Alongside these collaborative partnerships, I continue to work directly with individuals through private, personalized 1:1 coaching.
